Shirley

Shirley, Andy's mum, has been here the past week and it's been lovely. She's the perfect guest. She cleans our apartment, cooks every night and brought us two suitcases full of our junk all the way from England. Bless her. She's camera shy but I snapped this photo a couple months a go when we were having a cuppa in her local. (that's a cup of coffee in her local pub)

This week has been crazy again with Sports Camp. We've just bought an oven, so I can finally start making some tasty treats.  I can't wait to try this Crispy Potato Recipe. Might try it with apples in the fall.......
