It gives me great joy to let you know that I am typing this post in sunny Kansas. After flying into Detroit and visiting with family for Grandpa's memorial service, we've been doing lots of laundry and resting. Before we left, Andy and I took a break from packing and visited Dewlay Cheese. It was number 25 on my birthday list and I'm really glad we got to visit before we moved. Lancashire is renowned for it's crumbly cheese and it - is - gooooood! Dewlay also do a killer blue cheese which Jamie Oliver recommends for party nibbles.
